About The Gym
We are open Monday to Saturday from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM. The gym remains closed on Sundays.
We are on the first floor of POWERZONE gym, near the New Bus Stand, behind Sreedharpur Cooperative Bank and near Hoichoi Restaurant, Memari, West Bengal 713146.
Yes! Walk in and try a trial session so you can experience the equipment, the trainers and the atmosphere before joining.
We have 30+ specialised machines plus a complete free-weight zone covering strength, cardio, bodybuilding and conditioning.

Yes. Your trainer combines targeted training with cardio and diet guidance to create a sustainable, effective fat-loss plan.
Most members see great results with 3–5 sessions per week. Your trainer will recommend a frequency based on your goals and recovery.
Yes — we offer sport-specific and competition prep, and 50+ of our members have qualified in sporting events.
Supplements & Nutrition
Supplements are optional. A solid diet comes first — supplements simply help fill gaps in protein, recovery or energy when needed.
Yes. Our nutrition coach advises on safe, effective supplements based on your goals, budget and training intensity.
We create personalised diet charts for fat loss, muscle gain and maintenance as part of our Advanced and Strong memberships.
We only recommend trusted, well-researched products and always prioritise natural nutrition before any supplementation.
